At The Kennington Carvery & Restaurant, we are committed to delivering an excellent customer experience, both in our restaurant and through any online transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.
1. In-Restaurant Dining Refunds
Generally, meals and services consumed on-site at the restaurant are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied due to an error in preparation, service quality, or other concerns, we encourage you to speak with a manager during your visit.
Refunds or partial compensation may be offered at the manager’s discretion in the following cases:

Unsatisfactory service when properly reported
To be eligible, concerns must be raised during your visit to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased directly from The Kennington Carvery & Restaurant (either in person or online, if applicable) are non-refundable once issued.
3. Event Bookings / Prepaid Group Reservations
For pre-booked events or large group reservations that require a deposit or full prepayment, our standard cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

No refund: If cancelled within 1 month of the event or reservation date
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
Exceptions may apply for medical emergencies or extreme circumstances, at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
4. Online Payment or Booking Errors
If an overcharge or duplicate payment occurs through our booking or payment platforms, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous charge once verified.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
